Job Description

Purpose of the Position:
• Closely work with overseas plants’ facility and production operation team on developing & aligning the sourcing strategic plan to ensure overall MRO service souring strategy and program in line with CDT business priorities to drive AMC cost reduction, improve MRO service efficiency & performance, mitigate the risk to plant operation due to bad service performance.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Strategically source facility operation related service with pre-defined SOW using output as measurement, managed by ADM department (cleaning service, landscaping service, pest control service, shuttle bus service, canteen service or total outsourced facility management service etc.)
• Strategically source Critical Facility maintenance & repair service (DTAP system, HVAC system, Fire system, HV Power supply, Elevator, CDA etc.)
• Strategically source process equipment maintenance & repair service
• Strategically source the 3rd party equipment and system calibration and inspection service
• Strategically source the mobile equipment maintenance or leasing service
• Develop and manage MRO service program with plant users and suppliers.
• Co-work with Capital / BSM and GSM team for synergy projects.
Reporting Structure:
• Report to MRO Service and Facility Sourcing Manager – Bob Zhang
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in supply management, operations, procurement or manufacturing, planning, engineering
• Experience working in a matrix environment or on a cross functional team.
• Previous project management experience.
