MartinFed is seeking a highly skilled Senior LDAP Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise directory services that enable secure identity management, authentication, and access control across complex IT environments. This role is responsible for the architecture, administration, and optimization of LDAP-based directory infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for mission-critical applications and services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Modernize LiveUpdate to meet the current best practice security standards.
  • Evaluate the current LiveUpdate software to determine which modules and components require upgrades.
  • Development and upgrades as required.
  • Replace depreciated or soon to be unsupported components if available in the LiveUpdate software to current supported versions.
  • Research and remove any unused code modules to increase efficiency.
  • Thoroughly test the software in the current test environment.
  • Aid in implementing the software in all currently deployed environments after PMO approval.
  • Fix any defects in timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years related experience.
  • Expert in directories and LiveUpdate software
  • Excellent software development skills in JAVA, Pearl, PowerShell etc.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Heavy directory, PKI, and special programs such as LiveUpdate.
  • Ability to solve complex problems quickly
  • Software testing capabilities
  • Excellent problem resolution skills.
  • Understand current Cyber security requirements.

  • Familiar with all aspects of secure code.
