Job Description

The main mission is to advise on the negotiation of contracts, with special control over the lease agreements of American Tower España, S.L. and contracts of American Tower Inmosites, S.L.U., as well as the management and negotiation of all legal documentation.

  1. Support in drafting all types of contracts, commercial agreements, NDAs, collaboration agreements, agency agreements, service contracts for consultants and suppliers, etc.
  2. Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring all types of contracts (commercial, civil, administrative) and other documentation related to the company's activities.
  3. Assisting with the preparation and signing of deeds at the notary's office.
  4. Providing legal support to all areas of the company to ensure compliance with various regulations.
  5. Supporting the team in the negotiation, review, and preparation of contracts for special projects.
  6. Managing documentation for American Tower Inmosites, S.L.
  7. Overseeing the ALTEA Project, particularly regarding lease agreements, land purchase agreements, and the establishment of real property rights.
  8. Contract Audit:

    8.1 Systematic review and analysis of American Tower contracts

    8.2 Ensure compliance with terms and conditions, guaranteeing the expected value of each legal transaction.

    8.3 Oversee legal compliance and corporate clauses.

    8.4 Correct documents according to requirements identified during the analysis.

    8.5 Resolve problems identified in documents through corrections and follow-up with other departments.

  9. Responsible for the internal control and registration of the signing process:

    9.1 Internal supervision and monitoring of signatures and attachments.

    9.2 Prioritize the signing of urgent documents.

    9.3 Ensure compliance with established procedures.

    9.4 Complete and up-to-date registration of all contractual transactions.

  10. Responsible for the review and analysis of Legal Documentation:

    10.1 Thorough evaluation of legal documentation related to contracts.

    10.2 Detailed review of applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

    10.3 Specific analysis of contractual terms.

  11. Drafting and Adapting Contractual Models:

    11.1 Designing new contractual models adapted to new legal business activities.

    11.2 Incorporating best practices and mitigating risks.

    11.3 Updating corporate clauses to align them with company policies and ensure compliance with current legislation.

  12. Legal Advice:

    12.1 Specialized legal advice on inquiries raised by the organization.

    12.2 Interpretation of laws and contractual clauses.

    12.3 Legal risk assessment and recommendations for action.

    12.4 Development of strategies for resolving legal disputes.

Education and Experience

Bachelor of Laws.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal department of a company or law firm.

Advanced English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
