Job Description

Location - Gurgaon

Responsible for supporting Hollister Incorporated’s finished goods labeling development processes. Assists in all activities necessary to develop, configure, generate, revise, and assure the integrity of product labeling (GLS labels, label artwork, package artwork, IFUs, image files, etc.), domestic and foreign, for products manufactured at Hollister Inc. or products manufactured for Hollister at Contract Manufacturing sites, vendors, and suppliers.

These duties include but are not limited to the following: parsing and loading label content into labeling systems, collaborating with cross-functional project teams, proofreading labeling content, creating and revising label templates in line with corporate branding identity. Helps maintain the global labeling formatting templates, manages labeling approval workflows (creation, review, approval, and release), performs visual label verification to confirm indicated labeling content was correctly implemented, and provides troubleshooting support to manufacturing, distribution and third-party locations. This is a fast-paced role responsible for supporting multiple projects and teams in parallel.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Global Labeling System (GLS) Super User for Hollister labeling projects, including but not limited to SPRING (new product development), CPLR (market expansion), CC (Change Control), CM (Contract Manufacturer), Reimbursement labels, as well as Regulatory labeling initiative projects.
  • Parse, configure, load and maintain essential labeling elements into labeling systems
  • Create and maintain label formats, templates, label types, artwork, and digital images within GLS.
  • Create and maintain label set data (content version and label format version associations).
  • Ensure usage of appropriate barcodes to meet regulated AIDC requirements.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate usage of a Hollister Inc. global label format and design.
  • Generate and maintain product labels for Hollister Finished Good Product.
  • Initiate change requests for routing of new and revised label(s), as applicable to non-content elements, formatting and configurations
  • Review product labels against indicated content and required labeling elements, performing Visual Label Verification for labeling generated
  • Final-approve and release product labels for Production use.
  • Provide team members with labeling support, training and problem-solving assistance
  • Run Global Labeling System test scripts and SAP reports
  • Cross-functionally collaborates across time zones within Hollister and with suppliers
  • Perform other duties as required

Education & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience

Education & Work Preferences

  • Office computer skills required; efficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
    • Adobe Illustrator and ability to use various databases is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail is a MUST in this office position.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well and communicate with team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions – handling stress and quickly analyzing problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay on track and executing a task to completion.
  • Working knowledge of Hollister product is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Familiar with SAP, Qumas, Loftware, PXSmartPrint. BarTender, Veeva or similar applications is preferred
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Familiar with global labeling regulations
  • Familiar with printing systems and substrates
