They act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, developing tailored solutions that drive profitability, strengthen market presence, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams, the Senior KAM delivers integrated strategies to achieve MIDEA’s business objectives and sustain competitive advantage in the market.
