This role is responsible for the technical ownership and strategic evolution of Device Services Systems Management, with a primary focus on the Intune-managed platform for global client devices and enterprise hardware standards. The position leads the design, engineering, and continuous optimization of endpoint management solutions, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant device experiences across the organization. It also drives the establishment and governance of global hardware standards, aligning with business requirements, security policies, and user productivity needs.
In addition, this role provides oversight and direction for operational activities delivered through a managed service provider (MSP), ensuring adherence to SLAs, consistent service quality, and alignment with organizational standards and objectives. The position partners closely with cross-functional IT teams, security, and service delivery organizations to modernize endpoint management through Intune, streamline device lifecycle processes, and drive global standardization initiatives, while advancing automation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent, high-quality device management practices across all global regions.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience with a with a high school diploma or equivalent.
