The Senior IT Business Analyst will support IMS application services and business transformation initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders, Plant & Global IT teams, and cross-functional project teams. This role is responsible for ensuring stable manufacturing operations, effective solution delivery, and continuous process improvement across manufacturing plants.
The position is accountable for IMS application maintenance and support, as well as assigned projects from planning and requirements definition through execution, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization. The incumbent will serve as a key liaison between business users and IT delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable, practical, and sustainable IT solutions.
