This role will report directly to the Director Enterprise Applications & Architecture, this role will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into functional & technical specifications. The successful candidate will develop and propose technology solutions that meet business needs, including creating wireframes, mockups, and process flow diagrams. Coordinate with project teams to ensure that solutions are implemented effectively and meet the specified requirements. Assist in the testing and validation of new systems to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects. Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and technical specifications. Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
