Key Responsibilities

Meet with Business and IT Stakeholders understanding M& A Requirements, the company requirements and our current business requirements

  • Understanding Due Diligence and its requirements during the M&A Process
  • Mapping Requirements and collaborating with technical architects and IT Leaders for Estimation
  • Analyze IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for synergies and cross collaboration

Map and Deliver on overall system integration plan and strategy within the Marketing domain for alignment with a successful M&A delivery strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on IT strategy, offering solutions to address business challenges.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making.
• Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, contributing to the organization's technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather IT requirements and align IT solutions with business needs.
• Conduct in-depth IT assessments, risk analysis, and recommend strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.


YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
