Job Description

Role Summary:

The Sr Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end planning and inventory execution to ensure optimal in-stock, inventory health and business performance. This role integrates demand signals with inventory actions and partners cross-functionally to deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end planning and inventory execution across assigned categories/divisions
  • Ensure accuracy, timelines and compliance across all deliverables
  • Monitor and manage key metrics such as Walk in Purchasibility, Availability, OOS and inventory health
  • Leverage forecasts, promotions and seasonal trends to drive inventory decisions
  • Lead medium to high complexity process ownership and captainships
  • Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and templates
  • Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Identify risks/opportunities and drive timely resolution through collaboration and escalation
  • Partner with global and cross-functional teams (supply chain, merchandising, stores, fulfilment optimization) to align on priorities
  • Drive process improvements through automation, reporting enhancements, and best practices
  • Support projects, deep dives and strategic initiatives for the team through strong collaboration and partnerships

Stakeholder Management

  • Establish regular communication with MPLS and cross-functional partners
  • Share business updates, challenges and insights consistently to build a strong global team
  • Build strong relationships and drive alignment across teams

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into business actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong execution rigor

Preference

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations/Retail/ Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Experience in Inventory Management, Demand Planning or retail operations
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, dashboards, and automation (Excel, basic SQL, Data Visualization)
  • Understanding of demand planning and inventory management concepts
