Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interventional Radiology Technologist to join the imaging team at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. This opportunity is designed for an accomplished imaging professional with extensive procedural experience and the advanced technical expertise required to support interventional radiology services.

The Senior IR Technologist will work closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other clinical professionals during complex image-guided procedures. The position requires a strong understanding of advanced imaging practices, patient safety, procedural workflows, and the ability to perform effectively in a highly specialized clinical environment.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent (2 years of college)
• 
  Specialized knowledge within the imaging field
• 5–7 years of relevant imaging experience
• 
  Active ARRT Certification / ARRT Registered
• 
  Active Maryland State License – Certified Medical Radiation Technologist
• Advanced-Level CT Certification
• 
  Current American Heart Association CPR Certification
• 
  Strong knowledge of interventional and diagnostic imaging procedures
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary procedural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Extensive experience supporting Interventional Radiology procedures
• 
  Advanced experience with CT and related imaging technologies
• 
  Strong procedural, patient-care, and critical-thinking skills
• 
  Experience serving as a senior or highly experienced member of an imaging team
• 
  Ability to work confidently in complex and fast-paced procedural settings

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced imaging professional with 5–7 years of relevant experience, active ARRT registration, Maryland licensure, and advanced CT certification. This individual should already possess the technical confidence and clinical judgment expected of a senior-level technologist and be comfortable supporting sophisticated interventional procedures.

Candidates who combine advanced imaging expertise with excellent patient-care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with physicians and other clinical professionals will be particularly well suited for this opportunity.

Compensation

$85,000 – $127,000 annually
