We are seeking a Sr. Internal Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager & Business Process Improvement Analyst to support business process improvement, project management, organizational modernization, and technology enablement initiatives.
The role will focus on consolidating business operations across IT systems, improving workflows, supporting technology implementations, coordinating with vendors and IT teams, and driving user adoption through training and change management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation.
- Evaluate business workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop standardized workflows, procedures, templates, and business practices.
- Perform root-cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
- Develop project charters, work plans, schedules, risk assessments, status reports, and post-implementation evaluations.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams, IT/IS teams, and technology vendors.
- Support IT consolidation, modernization, automation, and system implementation initiatives.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system functionality, and document testing results.
- Develop and implement change management strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and training sessions.
- Develop training materials, communications, guidance documents, and process documentation.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve data integrity.
- Develop quality assurance measures, audit tools, process controls, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement and organizational modernization initiatives
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- 4+ years of experience with IT consolidations/implementations
- 4+ years of hands-on Continuous Improvement projects
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance Monitoring
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and organizational change.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience evaluating end-to-end workflows and implementing process improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively between business and technical teams.
Additional Information
Nice-to-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience with change management, reorganization, modernization, or centralized communications systems.
- 3+ years of experience creating training materials for system implementations.
- 3+ years of experience with Business Process Mapping tools such as Visio.
- Experience with licensing, compliance, case management, or regulatory systems.
- Experience supporting workflow automation and technology-enabled business transformation.
