What You Will Do

PRIMARY PURPOSE: 代表Molex对供应商的生产制程进行监控，对供应商生产的产品检验把关，杜绝不良品的流出。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 按照Molex检验程序对供应商进行产品检验和过程审核
2. 定期对供应商的制程进行品质监督，及时、准确反馈异常给工程师
3. 报告所有产品和制程质量问题给Molex工程师以及供应商相关团队，避免产生和流出不良品
4. 汇总产品审核报告和制程审核报告，发给供应商并在供应商端进行改善跟进
5. 协助质量工程师对供应商员工讲解Molex品质要求
6. 根据需要测量供应商产品FAI，汇总FAI报告
7. 协助质量工程师跟进供应商端的质量改善进度和结果
8. 协助主管/质量工程师的要求准时完成在能力范围内赋予的相应其它工作
9. 根据检验结果发现总结规律，提出优化检验流程或效果的合理化建议

SCOPE: • 通过成品检验实现对产品制程品质的监控，有效处理和品质检验中发现的问题

• 及时反馈异常，并配合跟进改善后的工作
• 汇总数据，提交报告并配合参与供应商品质改善相关行动

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

EDUCATION

REQUIRED: 高中或以上文化程度

PREFERRED: 具备机械绘图相关知识者优先

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED: 三年或以上相关品质检验经验

PREFERRED: 大型企业工作经历

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED: • 诚实正直，处理问题时坚持立场和原则

• 熟练掌握相关制程／成品的检验标准及测量仪器等
• 读懂产品图纸 (英文)基本内容，可以依照图纸进行产品量测/检验
• 掌握基本的电脑办公软件使用能力
• 可以适应出差，需要在外包供应商处驻厂

PREFERRED: • 主动性强；掌握冲突管理、适当的对内对外沟通技巧等

• 有连接器相关产品检验经验
