About This Role

Established inside sales support. Completes inside sales objectives ensuring compliance with sales policies to provide sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• The Inside Sales Support Representative is responsible for estimating automation projects and providing sales support.

• Utilize sales lead services/plan services to identify target opportunities

• Work with outside sales and sales management in the development and delivery of sales presentations

• Provide accurate estimates to minimize risk while maintaining low cost

• Track quantity and dollar volume of estimates

• Meet project deadlines

• Assist sales team with estimates, walk-throughs and field surveys

• Create a scope letter for each project

• Review specification and control schematics

• Provide clear documentation on estimates and proposals

• Provide backup support for quotes and deviations from specifications.

• Respond and communicate to interdepartmental requests in a timely manner

• Utilize applicable sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.)

• Collaborate with internal staff to deliver quality results

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of HVAC experience or Technical Training

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree

• 1+ years of HVAC professional experience

• HVAC Knowledge

• HVAC Controls Knowledge

• Inside Sales experience

• Estimating Knowledge
