What You Will Do:

  • Establish the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow
  • Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings
  • Plan the allocation of resources,materialsand personnel toestablishmaximumutilizationof equipment
  • Conduct studiespertaining tocost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.
  • May expected to travel to U.S. sites to assist with projects.
  • Presentengineering projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational results to manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and successful implementation.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevantexperienceor an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experienceRequires at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering roles within a manufacturingenvironment
  • Proficient in English (approximately 80%), with the ability to activelyparticipateand lead meetings, as well as communicate effectively in professional written and verbal interactions.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including experience in reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and databasemanagement
  • Proven experience managing cross-functionalprojectsand driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, including planning, execution, milestone tracking, and delivery of defined operationalobjectives
  • Experience developing capacity planning modelsto assess production constraints,optimizeresourceutilization, and support data-driven decisions in manufacturingoperations

Qualifications We Preferred:

  • Experience leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Standard Work, and waste elimination, with measurable operationalimprovements
  • Experience using AutoCAD to support facility layouts, line balancing, workstation ergonomics, and manufacturing process improvements
  • Experience with process mapping and modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio,iGrafx, or similarsoftware
  • Experience driving process changes across cross-functional teams without direct authority, resulting in successful implementation of operational improvements
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros (VBA), SQL, and advanced data automation or databasehandling
  • Demonstratedtrack recordof leading industrial engineering projects that resulted in measurable improvements, such as ≥10% productivity gains, ≥15% cycle time reduction, labor optimization
