In-House Sales Manager – Silver Lake Resort

Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced, results-driven In-House Sales Manager to join our leadership team at Silver Lake Resort in the Orlando market.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing owner sales team within one of Capital Vacations' established Florida resort locations. We're looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, drives production, and builds a culture centered around accountability, professionalism, and results.

The ideal candidate is a proven closer, an effective mentor, and a hands-on leader who understands how to maximize individual and team performance. This position also requires the flexibility to travel and support off-site sales roadshows and events as business needs arise.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of In-House Sales Representatives
• Actively assist with closing, negotiating, and structuring sales transactions
• Drive team production, VPG, penetration, and overall sales performance
• Establish clear performance expectations and maintain accountability across the team
• Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders and top-producing sales professionals
• Conduct ongoing training, performance evaluations, and sales development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sales presentation standards
• Collaborate with senior and regional leadership to execute strategic sales objectives
• Travel to and support off-site sales roadshows, special events, and other sales initiatives as needed
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate resort operations, roadshows, and business demands

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Vacation Ownership Industry Experience
• Previous In-House Sales Management experience
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong closing, coaching, and leadership abilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive production and achieve sales performance objectives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to travel for sales roadshows and off-site events, including overnight travel when required
• Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedules based on business needs

Preferred

• Experience in the Orlando vacation ownership market
• Experience leading established owner sales teams
• Proven success in driving VPG, penetration, and overall team production
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
• Experience supporting or managing off-site vacation ownership sales roadshows
