Job Description

P³ Delivery is seeking Senior HR Specialists to support a federal client by providing classification and position management services, including development and evaluation of position descriptions and advisory support to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review information provided by management to prepare position descriptions
• Develop and update position descriptions and evaluation statements, including OF-8, as applicable
• Conduct desk audits and supervisory interviews, as needed
• Evaluate position descriptions using OPM classification standards and methodology
• Determine appropriate titles, series, and grades based on classification guidance
• Prepare documentation to support classification determinations
• Provide technical classification assistance to supervisors and managers
• Advise managers on position management and job content options
• Review and evaluate existing position descriptions for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Federal Government experience in classification and position management
• Strong knowledge of OPM classification standards and methodology
• Experience preparing position descriptions and evaluation documentation
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 Public Trust background investigation

Salary: Commensurate with Experience
