Job Description

As a SR HSE Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting and coordinating health, safety, and environmental initiatives to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. You will assist in implementing HSE programs, conducting safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.

You will report directly to our HSE Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by helping to maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, supporting risk assessments, and fostering employee engagement in safety practices to contribute to a safe and sustainable work environment.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of HSE programs and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the coordination of safety training and awareness campaigns to promote a culture of safety.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in HSE coordination or similar roles.
• Experience in health, safety, and environmental coordination or related roles.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices applicable to manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to conduct safety audits and support risk assessment processes.
• Familiarity with HSE management systems and reporting tools.
