We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Patsnap and support our North America region, including both our Toronto office and USbased remote employees.
In this role, you will act as the primary HR partner across North America, working closely with leaders to drive people strategy, support organizational effectiveness, and ensure a strong employee experience. This role carries a particular focus on employee relations, compliance, and providing hands-on HR support in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
The role offers a balance between strategy and execution and you will partner with leaders on performance, engagement, and organizational design, while also owning and improving core People Operations processes across the region.
This is a highly impactful role for someone who is comfortable navigating complexity, confident handling sensitive people matters, and motivated to build and strengthen HR foundations in a growing business.
This is a remote role supporting our North America region. Candidates must be based in the United States, with a preference for Eastern or Central Time zones.
