Your Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Employee Relations

• Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters.
• Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and support personnel administration processes.

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Keep HR documentation, job descriptions, and organizational charts up to date.
• Support HR audits and reporting activities.

Your Profile

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources role.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
