Your Contribution
As a Senior HR Operations Excellence Specialist, you will ensure the implementation of global HR Operations processes aligned with regional and local requirements. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of global standards by incorporating regional insights, driving harmonization, limiting exceptions to legal or regulatory needs, and advancing lean, end-to-end digital, automated, and AI-enabled processes aligned with employee and business needs. Additionally, you will perform country-specific activities within your scope of responsibility at the lowest lawful cost.
- Responsible for the area of HR Operations, with a focus on the optimization, harmonization, and automation of administrative HR Operations Processes.
- Ensure adherence to globally defined HR Operations Processes in collaboration with the Corporate CoE HR Operations Processes & Service Excellence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of global processes through incorporation of regional insights.
- Define, govern, and implement regional HR Operations frameworks, policies, procedures, guidelines, and system requirements aligned with global standards.
- Partner with local HR and the Corporate CoE to drive process harmonization, limiting exceptions only due to legal or regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective SSC delivery through clear HR Operations processes, guidelines, and procedures.
- Drive harmonization, digitalization, and automation of Regional, country, and local specific processes.
- Regularly audit HR Operations processes to ensure adherence to defined standards. Provide support to local HR and HR SSC in audit-related topics.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Professional experience in HR Operations preferably in an international environment.
- Good understanding of HR IT systems, and knowledge of integrated HR processes and data flows.
- Experience in project management, change management, and transformation projects.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English required.
- Spanish language is preferred.
- Soft skills; Communication, Innovation focus, Self-organization, Intercultural collaboration, Service orientation, Analytical, Problem solving, Improvement focus, Self-motivation, Results orientation.
- This is a position based on MX or can be based on any other MAHLE locations.
