Job Description

• Support functional leader and provide organizational client support to enable business objectives. Provide day-to-day support on human resources activities such as compensation management, recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR Analytics, policy and procedures, HR compliance, etc.
• Supports the N. America HR Business Partner organization with the administration and execution of key HR programs, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment of the Solenis workforce with the strategic goals of the company. These programs include the annual performance management process (PD&R), ongoing talent assessment and development programs, annual compensation planning. Completes special projects as assigned.
• Assists with the establishment and/or delivery of targeted in-house trainings that address company's training/development needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or onboarding, culture and engagement, and management development.
• Support recruitment and selection efforts by participating in interviews, training managers on selection, and ensuring Solenis only hires top talent consistent with our cultural beliefs.
• Provide focused level employee relations support, including complex issues such as layoffs, terminations, harassment or discrimination complaints, and employee performance improvement plans.
