The Sr. Human Resources Generalist will serve as a data-focused strategic partner to leadership, in your assigned internal client group, and drive initiatives that align our people strategy with business goals, while championing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth. This will include supporting their organizational and business initiatives, coaching through challenging employee relations situations, advising on team survey feedback with actionable insights, performance management, and handling sensitive employee matters. This is a unique opportunity to be a core part of our Employee Experience/HR team, working to create an exceptional employee experience through its business partnership.
The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in a broad range of HR areas including employee relations, leadership advising, general HR, offboarding and performance management.
This position can be remote with PST working hours.

COMPENSATION: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $50.48 to $57.69 hourly, which equates to $105,000 to $120,000 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
