The Sr. HR Coordinator serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Philippine government benefits administration, statutory transactions, labor compliance reporting, and government agency coordination. This role ensures accurate and timely administration of employee government benefits, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements while providing expert support to employees and serving as the primary liaison with government agencies. The Sr. HR Coordinator also supports process governance, compliance readiness, and knowledge sharing across the HR team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in HR administration, employee benefits, government benefits administration, or a related HR function.
Strong working knowledge of Philippine government benefits and statutory requirements, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and applicable DOLE requirements.
Hands-on experience processing government benefits, claims, registrations, employee updates, loans, and statutory transactions.
Experience coordinating directly with government agencies and resolving employee or regulatory concerns.
Strong understanding of Philippine labor compliance reporting and statutory filing requirements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready employee records.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain government benefits and statutory requirements clearly to employees and HR stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills, particularly when resolving escalated employee or government agency concerns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR or government online portals.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and serve as a reliable subject matter expert for government benefits and compliance administration.
