About the role, Keynotes:
- Profile – Senior HR & Admin Executive
- Role – Full-time
- Grade – Senior Associate
- Location – Remote - Work from home
- Work hours – Monday to Friday (US-Shift) || 6:30 pm to 3:30 am

What will you do?
- Community Building: implementing initiatives, programs, and activities that enhance employee engagement, promote open communication, and build a sense of community within the organization
- Craft and send onboarding kits - insurance, leave policy, SOPs, an invitation to various in-house tools and other onboarding formalities.
- Welcome new employees upon their arrival and conduct orientation.
- Introduce team members
- Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Inform employees of their first tasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate their accounts)
- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software.
- Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines as needed
- Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts and payroll
- Handle day-to-day HR Queries
- Assist in any administrative tasks as and when assigned.
- Help in processing payroll for employees and contractors by preparing necessary reports.
- Help in implementing PMS and HRMS
