As Sr HR Advisor, you willprovidetrusted HR guidance across employee relations, policy application, onboarding and offboarding, and core HR administration.You will work closely with managers, employees, union representatives, and HR colleagues to ensure local processes run smoothly, compliance is maintained, and the employee experience continues to improve.

What will you do?

  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices for personnel matters, organizational changes, and sick leave.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.

  • Support annual global HR processes and cycles in coordination with HR stakeholders.

  • Communicate and liaise with union representatives as part of day-to-day HR advisory work.

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Ensure HR activities align with local labor laws, regulations, and internal standards.

  • Support ongoing HR initiatives and contribute to process improvements across the HR team.

  • You will act as a trusted advisorby providing clear, timely, and practical HR guidance to managers and employees.

  • You will own your work with accountability and integrity, handling sensitive information carefully and following through on commitments.

  • You will stay close to the workby partnering with stakeholders to remove obstacles, resolve issues early, and keep HR processes running smoothly.

  • You will improve every dayby sharing candid feedback, identifyingrecurring issues, and contributing to better ways of working.

  • You will win as one teamby collaborating openly with HR colleagues, business leaders, and employee representatives to find balanced solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree-level education, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR advisory, HR generalist, or global company environment.

  • Strong communicationskills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience supporting employee relations, HR administration, onboarding and offboarding, and policy guidance.

  • Good understanding of confidentiality, sound judgment, and professional handling of employee matters.

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a structured and reliable way.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a global organization with cross-border HR processes.

  • Experience collaborating with union representatives orworkscouncil partners.

  • Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives within HR.

  • Additionalexperience supporting organizational changes, engagement activities, or HR process development.
