• Time Zone: Texas Time (CST)

Pay $23 - $25  per hour As per experience.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in WIW (Who’s In Workforce) software The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities, including high-volume recruiting, scheduling, and communication with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Familar with WIW software/ recruiter/ emails/ prompt with work/skillful/ excel/word- able to juggle schedules 
•  Utilize WIW software effectively to track candidates, submissions, and placements 
•  Communicate professionally with candidates via email, phone, and messaging platforms 
•  Draft, send, and manage high-volume recruitment emails and follow-ups 
•  Coordinate and juggle multiple interview schedules across different time zones 
•  Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation 
•  Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines 
•  Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to meet client requirements 
•  Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates 

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role 
•  Strong knowledge of WIW software (Who’s In Workforce)
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially email communication) 
•  Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
•  Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
•  Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Preferred Qualifications

•  Experience in healthcare or staffing industry (if applicable) 
•  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools 
•  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
