This role is to be responsible for the design and development of electronics hardware.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Schematic and layout design of advanced electronic circuits and boards for various medical products including insufflators, medical pumps and video management systems.
  • Conduct detailed circuit analysis and optimize designs through effective component selection and performance evaluation, including circuit simulation.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including requirements, design specification, test specification and DFMEA.
  • Perform the debugging, testing and verification of designed boards and circuits.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders to align technical requirements and solutions.

General Tasks

  • Adhere strictly to all quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards in daily work.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate industrial experience in electronics hardware development.
  • Solid understanding of analog, digital, and embedded electronics design principles.
  • Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout; experience with Altium Designer tool is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on skills in electronics prototyping, soldering, and using lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, logical analyzers and signal generators.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team efforts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with EMC and safety compliance standards is desirable.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Occasional business travels.
