Entrust is seeking a Senior GSI Channel Managertodrivestrategic partner development across the Americas. This roleis responsible foridentifying, recruiting, and enablingtargetGlobal System Integrators (GSIs) that align withEntrust’sideal partner profile. The successful candidate will drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, buildpipeline, and collaborate closely withEntrust’sfieldsalesand marketingteams to embed Entrust solutions into partner-led customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Targetand developGSIpartners across the Americas region.

  • Own and execute strategic and tactical engagement plans withtargetpartners.

  • Build and manage a regional GSI GTM strategy, including enablement, marketing, and sales plays tailored to each partner.

  • Drive joint brand awareness and pipeline growth through strategic marketing and collaboration initiatives.

  • Closely partnerwith field sales toidentify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through GSIs.

  • Provide input on GSI-specific product development needs and market requirements.

  • Collaborate with the global GSI team to ensure alignment and consistency in partner engagement and GTM execution.

  • Track and manage GSI-related pipeline, supporting deal progression and closure.

  • Support post-sales alignment and success with GSI partners.

Basic Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the GSI ecosystem and GTM models.

  • ExperiencewithintheCryptographicsalesecosystem; PKI, HSMs, CLM

  • Experienceworkingcloselywithsystem integrators, and MSSPs

  • Proven experience working with major GSI partners in the Americas within the past 3 years.

  • 5+ years of experience in a channel-focused GTM role.

  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, including software and hardware encryption technologies.

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing multimillion-dollar sales pipelines.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Mustbe authorized towork in the US/Americas region.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, including some international travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions.

  • Expertisein data protection, HSM encryption/cryptography, identity, SSL, and PKI

  • IdentifyplatformsIAM and IDV

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $124,566-$182,696 per year (in the primary posting location). This position is also eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience and actual performance against the assigned sales compensation plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
