The Marketing & Lifecycle team in Chile is on a mission to grow and retain our merchant base by combining sharp data analysis, smart lifecycle strategy, and hands-on CRM execution. This is a newly created role, which means you'll have real ownership from day one — building the analytical foundation that connects lifecycle activity to business outcomes, and shaping how the team makes decisions. If you're energised by turning complex data into clear priorities, and you want your work to have a direct impact on how small businesses thrive, this is the role for you.
Analyse the full merchant lifecycle (activation, retention, churn risk, reactivation) and build a single source of truth for lifecycle KPIs and performance
Design and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Looker or similar) that measure the incremental impact of lifecycle campaigns and connect activity to revenue
Design, build and optimise CRM journeys and campaigns, including segmentation logic for A/B tests, cohorts, and holdouts
Work closely with the Global Technical CRM team to translate local market needs into clear data and journey requirements
Evaluate lifecycle initiatives and experiments, and recommend what to scale, iterate, or stop
Strong experience in data-driven roles such as business analytics, growth analytics, or marketing analytics, with the ability to influence decisions through insights
Advanced SQL skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
Ability to connect analytical findings to commercial outcomes such as LTV, churn, cohort revenue, and product adoption
A structured, proactive problem-solving mindset — comfortable raising issues, proposing solutions, and taking ownership end-to-end
