As part of our Digital Solutions organization, the Sr. Group Expert – Enterprise Architecture serves as the strategic leader responsible for shaping and governing enterprise-wide digital architecture across the Borealis Group. The role ensures strong alignment between business strategy, processes, and technology while enabling agility, security, and innovation.
You will drive architectural excellence, guide technology investments, and enable large-scale transformation through a coherent and future-ready digital landscape.

You will lead a team of architects, fostering a culture of servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role holds accountability for enterprise architecture governance, resource management, and compliance across all architectural deliverables.
This is a senior, enterprise-wide leadership role with significant influence on the company’s digital direction. We offer competitive compensation based on the collective labor agreement, starting at EUR 108.000 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) and a yearly bonus.
