The Sr. Graphic Designer will play a critical role in the design-to-production process, creating detailed elevation mockups, pre-press files, and layout designs for print and cut production. You will work closely with project managers, production teams, and sales to ensure creative designs are visually compelling, technically accurate, and efficiently executed.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed elevation mockups and visual presentations for interior signage and branding projects
• Create accurate, production-ready artwork for print and cut workflows (vinyl, CNC, laser, and digital print)
• Prepare pre-press files with correct cut paths, bleeds, color profiles, and file formats per production specs
• Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into scalable design layouts
• Collaborate with sales and project management to visualize branded environments
• Maintain file organization and version control in accordance with internal standards
• Ensure all designs meet ADA and code compliance where required
• Participate in design reviews and contribute creative and technical insights

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

• Graphic design experience, ideally in signage, large-format print, or environmental design
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with print production, plotter/cut file prep, and vinyl graphics
• Strong understanding of scale, spatial layout, and material limitations
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and elevations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ADA signage layout and compliance
• Familiarity with RIP software and production workflow tools
• Working knowledge of 3D rendering software or CAD tools is a plus

Pay Range

$50,000 to $60,000 annually - Pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.
