Job Description

We are hiring "  Sr Graphic Designer / Art Director / Sr Visualizer" having 4 to 6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary

1. Lead the conceptualization and visual execution of major marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with global design trends and brand guidelines.

2. Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and product mockups (room sets, furniture applications) to showcase ZRK products in realistic environments.

3. Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives across digital media (social posts, web banners) and print media (brochures, billboards, catalogs).

4. Mentor and supervise junior designers, providing technical guidance on software and constructive feedback on design aesthetics.

5. Develop and maintain the brands visual identity system, ensuring consistency across all sub-brands (e.g., ZRK SwissDecor Chipboard, ZRK Swiss MDF).

Secondary

• Collaborate with the Content Lead to ensure visual assets complement the copy and overall storytelling strategy.

• Prepare final print-ready files and coordinate with production vendors to ensure color accuracy and material quality.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate Degree: Masters in Fine Arts (MFA) or Multimedia Arts

• Undergraduate Degree: Bachelors in Communication Design, Fine Arts (BFA), or Visual Studies (NCA / Indus / IVS preferred)

Essential Experience & Skills

• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant industry experience.

• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating Art Direction, Brand Identity, and 3D Visualization work (Lifestyle / Interiors / Furniture experience preferred).

• Design Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory.

• 3D Tools: Proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp is required for the visualizer component.

• Age: 26–32 years

• Qualification: Bachelors degree (Master's preferred)

• Portfolio: Mandatory

• Technical Skills: Branding, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, InDesign (layouts), 3D rendering, print production knowledge, generative AI; basic video editing is a plus.

• Behavioral Competencies: Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and team mentorship skills.
