Job Description

The Senior Designer is responsible for owning and executing high-quality creative work across a range of marketing and brand initiatives. This role goes beyond production—contributing to concept development, problem-solving, and creative execution at a high level.

As an advanced individual contributor, the Senior Designer is accountable for delivering strong, strategic, and consistent work across projects while partnering closely with marketing, brand strategy, and internal and external stakeholders.

This role does not include people management responsibilities and is focused on mastery of craft, project ownership, and creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Ownership & Execution
  • Own creative projects from concept through final delivery
  • Translate briefs and business objectives into strong creative solutions ● Deliver high-quality, on-brand work with minimal oversight
  • Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects
  • Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and production quality
  1. Creative Thinking & Problem Solving
  • Contribute to concept development and campaign ideation
  • Apply strategic thinking to creative challenges—not just execution
  • Ensure work aligns with brand standards and business goals
  • Continuously look for ways to improve creative output
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, brand strategy, and internal teams
  • Communicate clearly on direction, feedback, and project progress ● Ask thoughtful questions to improve clarity and outcomes
  • Incorporate feedback effectively and efficiently
  1. Quality & Consistency
  • Maintain a high standard of design, storytelling, and execution ● Ensure consistency across deliverables and channels
  • Take ownership of final output and overall quality

  • Leverage tools and technology (including AI) to improve speed, quality, and personalization
  • Stay current on emerging creative tools and workflows
  • Contribute to evolving best practices within the creative team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced understanding of brand systems and integrated marketing
  • Strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to lead projects from concept through execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital, motion, and emerging design tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6–10+ years of professional design experience
  • Experience working in an in-house agency or multi-brand environment preferred ● Demonstrated experience in brand development and campaign execution ● Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative work
