Job Summary

This role is accountable for delivering robust AI-driven solutions by leveraging large language models and prompt engineering techniques. The individual applies in-depth expertise in Python, RESTful APIs, and database technologies to design, implement, and optimize generative AI applications, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced proficiency in GenAI and prompt engineering by designing, refining, and deploying LLM-driven solutions using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, and FastAPI.

1. Architect and implement RESTful APIs to integrate LLM models and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, PostgreSQL, AzureAISearch) for scalable and efficient data retrieval in AI applications.
2. Optimize database schemas and embeddings using PostgreSQL and VectorDB to enhance performance and accuracy of generative AI systems.
3. Oversee code quality and performance by conducting comprehensive code reviews and enforcing best practices in Python, RESTful API development, and prompt engineering.
4. Lead technical feasibility studies and solution breakdowns, evaluating architecture alternatives and technical risks for GenAI project modules.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical objectives, deliverables, and ensure process compliance in the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions.

Skill Requirements

Advanced proficiency in GenAI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.

• Solid expertise in Python programming, including frameworks such as Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation for AI integrations.
• Advanced skills in database management using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and VectorDB technologies (e.g., Pinecone, AzureAISearch).
• Strong understanding of embedding techniques and their application in generative AI workflows.
• Experience in optimizing code quality, performance, and scalability of AI-driven applications.

Other Requirements

The requirement is for a GenAI professional with a total experience of 6+ years (Technical Experience) and at least 5+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML technologies. The role is open across Pan India, with preferred locations including Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Candidates should be open to physical office presence in these locations if needed.

The role is focused on development activities. It is suitable for both individual contributors and candidates with team handling experience.

There are no shift requirements for this position, and no customer interview will be involved in the selection process. The sell rate is not applicable.

The notice period preference is categorized into three priorities: Priority 1 for candidates available within 0–30 days, Priority 2 for those available within 30–45 days, and Priority 3 for candidates with a notice period ranging from 45–90 days.

The mandatory skill requirements include strong expertise in Python with a proficiency level of 5. Candidates must have hands-on experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django with a proficiency level of 4. A solid understanding of SQL with proficiency level 5 is required, along with strong experience in REST API development, also at proficiency level 5.

Additionally, candidates are expected to have exposure to AI-related technologies and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, Keras, Caffe, Theano, Apache Spark, Hadoop, H2O.ai, MXNet, CNTK, OpenCV, and NLP libraries including SpaCy, NLTK, or Gensim. These are considered nice-to-have skills, with an expected proficiency level of 4 and at least 4+ years of experience preferred.
