What You'll Do

• Build and develop mathematical models for game mechanics and features.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to successfully implement game algorithms.
• Analyze game data to determine efficient configurations and outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless integration of mathematical models.
• Build simulations to test and validate game mechanics.
• Provide insights to improve game performance and player engagement.
• Develop documentation for mathematical models and algorithms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to game mathematics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of game build processes.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on guidelines.
• Keep informed about developments and innovations in game mathematics.

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in game mathematics or a related area.
• Proven expertise in crafting and developing mathematical models.
• Strong expertise in probability and statistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Robust data analytical skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
• A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related area.
• Ambitious attitude with a passion for gaming and innovation.
