As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and supporting the mission-critical applications that power the Sophia learning platform. You will take ownership of technical decisions, mentor other engineers, and collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders — your internal clients — to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable solutions. You'll help us embrace and mature an agentic software development lifecycle — directing AI coding tools to build and ship efficiently — while staying personally accountable for the quality of what you deliver.
