We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Senior Full-Stack Software Developer based in Toronto, who will play a role in the future of business innovation through in-house-built solutions. The individual will have the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to the industry, allowing for a deeper understanding of how hedge funds function and evolve. Equipping the individual with insights to help contribute to innovative in-house solutions.

Compensation Polar’s total compensation package includes base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. In accordance with Ontario’s Employment Standards Act, 2000, the estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. The actual base salary pay will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, the individual’s experience level, the qualifications they bring to the role, business needs, and market demands.
