Shaping how global audiences experience the Genesys brand, this role drives the performance, accessibility, and scalability of our digital front end across high traffic, enterprise platforms. You will own the delivery of modern, responsive web experiences that directly influence demand generation, customer engagement, and digital growth. At Genesys, we are advancing customer experience through AI driven innovation and human centered design, and this role plays a key part in translating that vision into fast, intuitive, and impactful digital journeys. You will collaborate across UX, marketing, and platform teams to elevate engineering standards, evolve design systems, and modernize front end architecture. This role provides strong visibility into enterprise initiatives, opportunities to expand technical influence, and the ability to shape how millions of users interact with our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver responsive, high quality user interfaces that improve engagement, usability, and conversion across global web properties
Build and maintain scalable web pages, templates, and digital journeys within CMS driven environments
Develop and extend WordPress themes, components, and plugins to support dynamic and flexible content delivery
Implement mobile first experiences that perform consistently across devices, browsers, and geographies
Integrate front end systems with APIs and content platforms to enable seamless and scalable digital experiences
Influence front end architecture and contribute to the evolution of scalable, reusable design systems
Drive modernization efforts that improve performance, maintainability, and developer efficiency
Optimize site performance, including Core Web Vitals, page speed, and front end rendering efficiency
Strengthen technical SEO foundations, improving discoverability, crawlability, and site health
Ensure accessibility compliance and high quality engineering standards across all digital experiences
Support deployment processes, environment management, and production readiness for front end systems
Partner with cross functional teams to align digital solutions with business goals, customer experience, and growth strategy
Enable experimentation, personalization, and scalable content authoring experiences
Mentor contributors and provide technical guidance to elevate engineering quality and consistency
Required Qualifications:
5 or more years of professional experience in front end web development, preferably supporting enterprise scale or high traffic websites
Current authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front end development practices
Deep hands on experience with CMS platforms, with strong preference for WordPress
Experience integrating front end systems with APIs and third party platforms
Demonstrated expertise in performance optimization, caching strategies, CDNs, and Core Web Vitals
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and accessibility standards such as WCAG or ADA
Experience working within structured engineering environments including code reviews, release processes, and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with animation or motion frameworks such as GSAP
Familiarity with cloud platforms or enterprise hosting environments
Experience integrating marketing technology platforms such as Eloqua, Wistia, Bynder, or Google Analytics
Experience applying AI tools within development workflows or optimizing digital experiences for AI driven discovery
Experience working within global or distributed engineering teams
Background in B2B, SaaS, or complex enterprise digital environments
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$91,200.00 - $160,400.00
