Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, porting, developing and maintaining OPENBMC and traditional BMC firmware for GPU server systems, standalone server systems, blade server systems, storage systems, rack systems.
• Design and focus on components ownership and investigate issues.
• Develop new core functionalities, participate in new products design.
• Develop new BMC features and enhancements on REDFISH, CLI, SNMP, Virtual Media and other remote access interfaces.
• Bring up INTEL, AMD, ARMS server platforms.
• BMC management about LAN, SAS, NVMe, GPU, CPU, DIMM, PCIe switch.
• Firmware security involved.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (CS, EE or other engineering degrees) with 2+ years of industry experience./Bachelor’s degree (CS, EE or other engineering degrees) with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in REDFISH, IPMI protocol, I2C, I3C, UART, PECI, MCTP, SPDM, PLDM, NVMe-MI, NCSI, IPv6, HTTPS …
• Strong programming skills in C & C++ with experience in embedded Linux development.
• Any knowledge of INTEL, AMD, NVDIA server platforms and system architecture.
• Any knowledge of system management architecture and total solution.
• Any knowledge of firmware security involved.
• Experience in OPENBMC is preferred.
