The Fire Alarm Technician: Team Lead is responsible for leading a field crew and serving as the go-to point person on commercial fire alarm and life safety job sites. This role is first and foremost a leadership position: the ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing a small team. Fire alarm experience is a plus, but candidates from adjacent technical trades — including data/structured cabling, low voltage, and AV, with strong leadership experience will be considered and trained up on fire alarm systems, codes, and manufacturer platforms.
