Latin America - The Latin America Region of Teleflex is headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, and supports our customers, distributors, sales managers and specialists in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Puerto Rico. The Latin America Region sells a broad spectrum of medical devices and related products in the fields of vascular and interventional access, surgical, anesthesia, cardiac care, urology, emergency medicine and respiratory care. Reporting to the Finance Manager LATAM, this position is responsible for leading the consolidation, reporting, planning, and analysis of Operating Expenses (OpEx) and Inventory Reserves across the LATAM region. The role serves as a key business partner to regional Finance and Operations teams, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information while providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
The Sr. Finance Analyst will own the regional OpEx and E&O reporting processes, drive forecasting and annual planning activities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and identify financial risks and opportunities. This individual is expected to influence decision-making through data-driven analysis, strong financial acumen, and proactive stakeholder engagement across multiple LATAM entities.
