We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and systems‑savvy Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Systems & Process Development team. In this high‑paced role, you’ll work at the intersection of Finance and Technology—shaping processes, optimizing systems, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Turn complex data into clarity by managing large data sets and delivering accurate, insightful, and user‑friendly reporting.
Act as a bridge between Finance and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions and collaborating with multiple IT teams to resolve issues quickly.
Support full project lifecycles, including design sessions, system testing, implementation, and end‑user training.
Optimize financial and operational workflows by understanding how business processes integrate with systems like Workday and SAP.
Troubleshoot system challenges with speed and precision, ensuring continuity and reliability.
Build strong cross‑functional relationships that drive alignment, momentum, and successful outcomes.
Maintain clear, detailed documentation to support communication, audits, and ongoing improvements.
Lead and execute integrated system testing to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity.
Champion a culture of inclusiveness and belonging within the team and broader organization.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or Post‑Secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
3–5 years of finance experience, ideally in a systems‑focused or analytical role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Proven problem‑solving abilities and composure in fast‑moving, high‑pressure situations.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
A results‑oriented mindset with a track record of accuracy and follow‑through.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI; familiarity with Vendor Income, General Ledger Master Data, SAP, and Workday is an asset.
Ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully to a team environment.
