
1.Provides strategic planning and direction for airport concessions operations, including establishing organizational structure, policies, and processes.
2.Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
3.Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate operational performance, labor, food costs, margins, and profitability.
4.Produce weekly and monthly financial reporting packages with actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
5.Analyze key business drivers including sales trends, labor productivity, COGS, occupancy costs, and EBITDA performance.
6.Partner with Operations leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
7.Support month-end close by partnering with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
8.Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance across multiple airport locations.
9.Utilize OneStream for budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, financial reporting, and scenario planning.
10.Leverage Restaurant365 (R365) Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system to analyze restaurant-level financial performance, inventory, labor, purchasing, and operational metrics.
11.Evaluate capital investments, new location openings, contract renewals, and business development opportunities.
12.Improve FP&A processes through automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
13.Prepare presentations and financial analyses for executive leadership, lenders, airport authorities, and ownership groups.
14.Ensure compliance with company policies and support strategic initiatives across Finance and Operations.
15.Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required. CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
Five to eight (5–8) years or more of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance required.
The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A experience in a multi-unit operating environment and proficiency with OneStream and/or Restaurant365 (R365). Experience in airport concessions, hospitality, or restaurant operations is strongly preferred
Specific skills required
·Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
·Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
·Strong business partnering and communication skills.
·Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
·Advance operational and technical accounting background knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting.
·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Dynamics; R365 ERP system.
·Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, ability to prepare letters, spreadsheets, presentations, and/or other documents as required.
·Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, vendors and/or others as required.
