
The Senior Financial Analyst will support CAM’s commercial organization through reporting, analytics, commissions administration, and financial business support. This role will be responsible for owning key recurring reporting processes, maintaining and enhancing business intelligence tools, managing data across multiple systems, and providing timely insights to Sales and Finance leadership.
This position requires a highly organized and technically capable analyst who can operate effectively while managing a high-volume of requests and multiple competing priorities. A successful candidate must be comfortable working with complex and imperfect data, responding to ad hoc requests, and driving process improvements.
Over time, this role is expected to expand into broader strategic finance responsibilities including forecasting, pricing analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and commercial decision support.

Working Conditions:
This position is full time during regular business hours typically, may be performed remotely from home or at a plant office location. Some travel may be required for engagements or industry events, up to 10% of the time.
