About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Brand Finance will support financial planning and analysis for the Stores organization by performing detailed analyses, building and maintaining financial models, and delivering data-driven insights to support profitability and operational performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound financial modeling capabilities, and close attention to detail to evaluate key financial drivers, analyze trade-offs, and produce accurate, reliable outputs. The Senior Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to support forecasting, budgeting, recurring reporting, and ad hoc analyses that inform day-to-day business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:Execute close, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the Stores organization, ensuring accurate submissions, clear variance explanations, and timely deliverables aligned with corporate timelines.

  • Financial Modeling & Reporting:Build, update, and maintain financial models and reports to forecast, track, and analyze store expenses and earnings, identifying key drivers of results and escalating risks or issues as needed.

  • Execution & Coordination:Coordinate closely with manager to collect inputs, validate assumptions, track performance versus plans, and ensure alignment between operational activity and financial results.

  • Serve as a finance partner to key and cross-functional teamsBusiness Support:(Operations, Accounting, Store Development) by providing routine financial reporting, analysis, and support to inform day-to-day performance discussions.

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with a solid foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and close processes, with a strong focus on delivering accurate, well-supported analyses and reporting.
  • Comfortable working with financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and drivers of performance, and summarizing findings in a clear, practical way.
  • Organized, dependable, and process-focused, with the ability to manage timelines, follow standard workflows, and continuously improve the quality and consistency of financial outputs.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of Anaplan and BI tools.
