Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Systems & Business Intelligence to help modernize and scale our FP&A capabilities through automation, analytics, and AI. This role will help lead the development of reporting solutions, dashboards, data cubes, and process improvements that enable faster, data-driven business decisions.

The successful candidate will blend strong finance expertise with technical and analytical skills, partnering across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT to improve data quality, automate processes, and deliver actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Systems & Process Automation

• Serve as a key resource for Finance systems, reporting platforms, and data infrastructure.
• Identify and automate manual FP&A processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain data models, automated workflows, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve data integration across ERP, CRM, planning, and operational systems.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements impacting Finance.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards, data cubes, and KPI reporting.
• Develop self-service analytics solutions utilizing BI tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.

AI & Advanced Analytics

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions that enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications within FP&A and Finance Operations.
• Partner with leadership to implement AI best practices and expand analytics capabilities across the organization.

Data Governance & Controls

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across reporting environments.
• Develop audit trails, validation checks, and reconciliation processes.
• Document reporting methodologies, business rules, and system processes.
• Promote best practices for financial reporting and data management.

Education: BS / BA in Finance, Business or Accounting required.

Experience

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced in Excel.
• Prior experience with financial systems.
• Prior Finance experience particularly in complex financial modeling.
• Prior experience using SAP and/or IBM TM1 experience preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL query language and data warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power BI, and/or other advanced analytics tools.
• Demonstrated deep critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and create IT data requirements for evolving financial data needs
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot

Working Conditions

• Working Conditions: Typical indoor office environment with the majority of time spent sitting and working on a computer using keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Occasional use of other devices such as: phone, copier/printer/fax, etc.
• Driving Status: May require occasional driving.
• Physical Requirements: Typical office setting. Required to stand; walk; crouch; or handle objects. Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods of time. The ability to see, hear, & speak in English. • Personal Protection Equipment/Other OHSA Safety Requirements: Ensure the continued efforts and assist in achieving annual goals of health, safety, and environmental policies. Must be current with available OSHA/Safety Training provided by the Company. If required, must be able to work while wearing safety equipment such as hard hats, work boats, gloves, hearing protection, and others.

Pay is in the range of $83,500- $100,600 per year.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.  All candidates are encouraged to apply.
