The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end close activities, audit preparation, financial analysis, and system implementation initiatives for the Finance function. This role partners with internal stakeholders and headquarters in Japan to ensure reliable financial data, strengthen reporting processes, and provide analysis that supports budgeting, forecasting, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement.
No direct supervisory responsibility is required for this position. The ideal candidate should demonstrate sound judgment, accountability, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders. The role may evolve over time based on business needs, individual capability, and organizational structure.
The employee must be able to sit and stand for a normal amount of time, move around an office with average mobility, and conduct a normal amount of work on a computer. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, and lift to 10 pounds.
At NMB, the pay band for this role is between $78,178.00 and $117,267.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay is a part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of the pay band process.
