A Dayin The Life Of:

Responsibilities may include thefollowingand other duties may be assigned.

• Serve as the key FP&A contact for manufacturing sites across the Asia and EMEA regions, focusing on volume KPIs, as part of the GOSC FP&A Volume Team.

• Lead the consolidation, review, and analysis of weekly volume KPIs for the regions’ manufacturing sites. Investigate and understand drivers of variances (e.g., absorption, product mix) and proactively escalate concerns as needed.

• Lead volume assumption planning for Annual Operating Plans and quarterly forecasts for the Asia and EMEA regions, managing detailed KPI planning across analytics dashboards, offline models, OneStream, and other tools.

• Serve as a strategic business partner to manufacturing region Platform sites, providing insights into volume drivers, absorption trends, earned hours, production units, and related metrics.

• Drive process improvement and simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectivenessSupport the development and implementation of best practices for Volume KPI planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Identifyand communicate forecast risks and opportunities by analyzing trends and expected changes.

• Partner with Manufacturing Site Operations, Finance teams, and Global Manufacturing FP&A to develop analyses, processes, and presentation materials that translate data into impactful financial narratives.

• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to align online reporting tools (e.g., Weekly Volume Absorption dashboards) with weekly manufacturing region volume reports. Analyze outputs to deliver actionable insights.

• Deliver ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and data preparation to meet internal customer needs.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum NFQ Level 8Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldwith minimum 4years of relevant experience OrMaster’sdegree in in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a minimum of 2 years experience.

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, withexpertisein variance analysis and delivering actionable insights.

• Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships across geographies and time zones.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experiencewith business intelligence (ie, Power BI) and reporting tools is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Proficiencyin project management and change management, with a focus on implementing effective solutions.

• Strong preference for candidates with Manufacturing Finance support and/or Cost Accounting experience, particularly in FP&A.

• MBA/CPA/CMA

• Experience navigating the complexities of working in a global manufacturing company with multiple financialsystem multiple ERP / multiple currencyenvironment
