Join our high-performing Finance team at Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology.As a Sr. Financial Analyst within the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will report to the Finance Manager based in Vilnius, Lithuania andwill act as a finance business partner to EMEA functional leaders andwhoreport into Global leaders based in the US, providing financial insights, forecasting, and decision support

Where you come in
Partner with business and functional leaders to providefinancial analysis, insights, and decision supportaligned with strategic and operational priorities.
Act as afinance business partner, translating financial data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and improving financial understanding across teams.
Ownmonthly close, forecasting, and reporting processes, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance insights.
Leadbudgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuringaccuratecost, headcount planning, and alignment with business strategy.
Deliverfinancial modeling and profitability analysisto support investment decisions,identifyrisks, and drive cost efficiencies.
Providemanagement reporting and executive-level analysis, including key metrics such as OPEX, headcount, and business performance drivers.
Supportaccounting activities(accruals, PO approvals, contract review) to ensureaccuratefinancial results.
Driveprocess improvement, standardization, and automationto enhancefinancialreporting efficiency, data quality, and scalability.
Contribute tocross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, supporting process optimization and implementation of new tools.
Collaborate effectively in amatrix organization, managing multipleprioritiesand delivering high-quality output under tight deadlines.
What makes you successful
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with5+ years of experiencein FP&A, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or Business Partnering.
Strongfinancial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysisskills with the ability to generate actionable insights.Financial processesare well developed and structured although functional spendingand activities will fluctuate.
Provenbusiness partnering and stakeholder managementexperience, with the ability to influence decisions and collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, able to translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders.
Advancedanalytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and financial modeling.
Ability to workindependently in a fast-paced, matrix environment, managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and ambiguity.
ProficiencyinMicrosoft Excel (advanced)and PowerPoint; experience withdata visualization tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
Experience withfinancial planning systems(e.g., Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or similar) is a plus.
Solid understanding ofaccounting principles(P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, accruals, month-end close).
Strong attention to detail with a focus onaccuracy, data quality, andtimelydelivery
Proactive mindset with a focus onprocess improvement, automation, and continuous improvement
Experience supportingtransformation initiatives or process optimization projectsis an advantage.
Familiarity withGlobal Business Services (GBS) or shared services environmentsis a plus.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,258.33 to €4,025.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
